Q: Where do you work and what is your role?
A: I am a content marketer for GitLab, a tech company.
Q: How long have you been in the League?
A: This is my second year in the League.
Q: Why did you join the Junior League and have you ever participated in another League outside of Chicago?
A: I joined the Junior League of Chicago in 2016 and have not participated in any other League.
Q: What is your Committee placement?
A: I am in a leadership position on the Marketing Committee.
Q: What is your position on Marketing?
A: Co-editor of the Topics blog.
Q: How do you like it?
A: I am enjoying it quite a bit. It is a great way to learn about the different committees within the League and help promote the work we do in the community.
Q: As editor, what are certain things that you hope to achieve?
A: I am hoping to revamp the blog and grow the readership both within and outside of the League.
Q: What is your favorite JLC event or MLM?
Q: What piece(s) of advice do you have for other ladies of the League?
A: Don’t be afraid to jump in full force: participate as much as your schedule allows, ask questions and try out for leadership roles!
Q: What’s your guilty pleasure (food, TV show, etc.)?
A: Bad reality TV – think the Real Housewives franchise.
Q: What’s your favorite restaurant in Chicago?
A: This is a VERY tough call, but I’ll go with the Gibson’s on Rush for sentimental reasons.
Q: What is your favorite winter dish or activity?
A: Trying out new places to dine during Restaurant Week is definitely one of my favorite winter activities.
